About
Bio
Originally from Toronto, Canada, where I completed my undergraduate degree, I relocated to Phoenix, Arizona for my masters and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology. I then completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the esteemed University of Minnesota’s Institute for Sexual and Gender Health (formerly the Program in Human Sexuality).
I’m a certified sex therapist with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and a certified emotionally focused couples therapist with the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). I have specialized in sex and relationship therapy for over 10 years and have been in the mental health field for more than 15 years. I have a background working in integrated medicine and enjoy helping clients seek out holistic care with medical, and other professionals, to ensure we are approaching your concerns from all angles.
My Practice Philosophy
