I’m Lauren, a licensed psychologist, AASECT-certified sex therapist, and certified emotionally focused couples therapist. My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and partners improve their relationships, both emotionally and sexually. My mission is to support people in creating relationships that are more secure, joyful, and fulfilling.
